All instructions regarding hostel rules are given in detail to the boys and they are to abide by the same strictly.

  1. 1. Hostel charges are to be deposited in advance as per schedule given.
  2. 2. Student's school fee will be drawn from the personal account every month/quarter. Late fee of Rs.10/- per day applies if not deposited in time.
  3. 3. All personal expenses like books, stationery, dress, medicines, etc., will be debited to the personal account. A quarterly statement will be shared with parents.
  4. 4. Educational tour is compulsory and will be charged to the personal account.
  5. 5. Parents can meet their wards only with the Principal's permission on the 2nd Sunday of each month.
  6. 6. Hostel charges include lodging, boarding with meals, snacks, and milk.
  7. 7. Parents must pick up children for long vacations. If not, escort expenses will be charged.
  8. 8. Free private/extra tuition is provided to hostellers.
  9. 9. Maintain a minimum balance of Rs.1000/- in the child’s personal account.
  10. 10. Refunds only for security and personal balance, paid in March.
  11. 11. Hostellers can visit town/bazaar only with Principal’s permission.
  12. 12. Home leave is rare and only with permission. Escort required.
  13. 13. Leaving school premises without permission results in expulsion.
  14. 14. Gadgets, phones, cards, magazines are banned and may be confiscated.
  15. 15. No refund of hostel fee even if the child doesn’t stay a single day.
  16. 16. Hostel fee is paid in two installments: at admission and before 10th October.

Hostel Kit

Parents are requested to ensure the above articles are brought during first joining. Short items will be provided by the school and charged from the child’s personal account. Hostellers are required to wear white kurta pyjama on ceremonial occasions. Day scholars may also be asked to wear the same during functions.
